Returns
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping is free for items that arrive defective.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety, opened personal-care items and in-ear audio products may not be returnable unless defective. Customised, damaged or incomplete items may also be excluded.
